XR7 Mini Rally Car

The past year I made two RC Rally cars. Both were great but didn't have enough speed for me, the solution?? Easy, make a smaller and lighter car.

This new XR7 car has 16 studs wide, 29 studs length and weighs only 550gr.




It has 2XL motors for drive and a M motor for steering with return-to-center.

The transmission is very simple to get the best possible efficiency. The final gear rato is 1:2.78, and max. speed is 4 kph (2.5mph)

    very cool but you would have gotten a higher top speed with a Rc motor

    You are right, but in a local competition we only could use PF motors...

    This is great! All wheel drive is close to impossible in this size. Would you please post so,me more in depth photos of the front steering?

    I don't know if you know the builder Jurgen or not but he has build a few rc cars as well an this one looks as is it may be better than his.

    I am trying to reconstruct your vehicle but I do not have a few of the pieces you used. What is the part number for the piece that connects the two white wishbone pieces together? Also, what is the piece that is connected to the small PF motor? You used it to also connect the two large PF motors to the three gears?
